The conversations between a health-loving heart and a scientific mind, trying to take a logical approach to finding what’s real and what matters this beautiful, modern world.
Oh, and some other fun things!
Home Health is the soul of this blog. This category is where I fulfill my personal mission statement (see why below).
Top Shelf is a collection of my favorite things from my world each week. They could be articles, DIY projects, recipes, design ideas, or quotes. And maybe your new favorites!
Five Things is an interactive list of five fun goals I want to reach each week. They could be learning a new skill, reading a new book, or trying a new recipe, and I hope you’ll feel inspired by one (or more!) and join me! I’ll write reviews back as well.
And here are my latest posts of fabulous goodness!

-Why Home Health –
The theme of this blog is important to me. First stepping out, I quickly became ecstatically overwhelmed with the idea of starting this blog + I forgot to concrete a few major cornerstones before I started building.
Why am I doing this?
How do I want readers to benefit from my posts?
What type of people will visit my blog, and what more can I do for them?
After some late night soul-searching (eating watermelon in a dark kitchen around 2am,) I came up with my personal statement. It stems from the thesis I (hated) wrote in college, and is the joyful manifestation of the invigorating motivation I found behind it all. I hope that my passion behind this blog and this sharing shows it’s value to you.
